Account Setup

Create an Account and Open the Panel

Start by opening the VPN71 account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in later and the password to protect your account and purchased services. Choose a password you can remember long term that is not reused on other sites. Submit the form when complete. If the page says the username is already taken, try another distinctive username.

After the account is created, the page opens the user panel. This is the central place for ordering a plan, checking payment status, finding your subscription link, and getting the client. Marketing pages do not provide installation packages or real subscription addresses, so do not look for so-called “universal links” in search results, chat logs, or unknown sources. Only content obtained from the VPN71 user panel matches your account and plan.

After opening the panel, check that the username at the top is the one you just set, then continue with your purchase. It is normal not to have an active subscription yet; route information usually appears after a plan takes effect. Do not create accounts repeatedly to look for routes. One account can manage later monthly subscriptions, data plans, and order history.

What you should have next You can sign in to the user panel and see the account overview.

Plans and Orders

Choose a Plan by Usage and Place Your Order

After signing in, open the plans section and choose a monthly subscription or data plan based on your usage. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. For web browsing, messaging, or occasional online tools, a smaller plan may be enough. Video, cloud files, and sustained connections across multiple devices use more data, so choose based on actual usage rather than the monthly price alone.

If your usage is irregular, review the data plans: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions suit relatively consistent monthly usage, while data plans work better when usage is spread out and you want to keep unused data. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the difference is converted into remaining days. Before submitting, recheck the plan name, data allowance, and amount due on the order confirmation page.

Confirm the plan, create an order, and pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status; do not assume the plan is active just because the payment page closed. Once the order status updates, the account overview will show the relevant subscription and data information. If payment is complete but the panel has not changed, reload the account overview first. If it still has not updated, submit the order details through a panel ticket instead of paying again.

VPN71 offers 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. For now, complete the normal order and connection checks; see the plans page and Terms of Service for application steps and terms. This guide focuses on the activation path and does not cover billing disputes, upgrade conversions, or exceptional orders.

What you should have next The order status has updated, and the account overview shows an active plan.

Subscription Setup

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

After the plan takes effect, open the account overview in the user panel and find the copy option in the subscription section. A subscription link is not an ordinary web address; it delivers the routes available to your account to the client. After copying it, do not open it in a browser. Switch to the client’s subscription import screen and paste it there.

Your real subscription link is tied to your account and should be protected like a password. Do not post it on public forums, shared documents, or screenshots, and do not give it to someone you do not know for configuration. If the link is exposed accidentally, check the user panel for available reset options, update it, and import the new link into each client. Use the panel’s updated result to determine whether the old configuration still works.

The address below only demonstrates the general format of a subscription link. It does not connect to VPN71 and cannot be used to configure a client. In practice, copy the content generated for your account in the user panel:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying, keep the user panel open for now. Some clients may require you to return to the panel for platform-specific instructions during the first import, and keeping the page open reduces repeated sign-ins. If the subscription section is missing, first check the order status and plan validity. If the order is correct but the subscription is still unavailable, see the FAQs for account and subscription guidance.

What you should have next You have copied the subscription link for the current account and are ready to import it into the client.

Client Setup

Import the Client on Each Platform

VPN71 supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This section covers the import paths for common desktop and mobile platforms; the specific clients are provided through the user panel. Open the client download section in the panel, select your platform, and follow the listed instructions to install it. Marketing pages do not host direct links to static installation packages, and downloading clients from unknown sources is not recommended.

Windows

In the user panel, open the client download section, choose Windows, and get the VPN71 client and its instructions. After installing and launching it, open subscription or configuration management and find an option such as “Add subscription” or “Import from URL.” Paste the subscription link you copied earlier, give the configuration a recognizable name, and update it.

After the update, the client should show available routes. Choose one that matches the region of the service you want to use, then enable the system proxy or connection switch. If nothing changes after pasting, check for extra spaces before or after the address. Do not mistake the example address in this guide for your real subscription.

macOS

Open the macOS client section from the VPN71 user panel and follow the instructions to get the appropriate client. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration permissions; this system step is required for the client to manage the selected traffic. After granting permission, open subscription management, paste the subscription link from the account overview into the URL import field, and refresh it.

Once routes appear, choose the target region and turn on the connection switch. If a client status icon appears in the menu bar, use it to quickly check the current route and connection status. If the configuration disappears after a system upgrade or client reinstall, copy the subscription again from the panel and import it; you do not need to purchase the plan again.

Android

In the user panel, choose Android and follow the instructions to get the client. Open the client’s configuration or subscription page, tap the add option, choose import by link, and paste the subscription address. Save it, run an update manually, wait for the route list to load, then return to the home screen and choose a route.

When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system confirmation dialog for the network connection. Confirm it so the client can establish the connection. If the connection drops easily after switching apps, check the system’s background-running restrictions for the client. Settings names vary widely by device manufacturer; for mobile guidance, see the FAQs.

iOS

In the user panel, choose iOS and read the client instructions before installing a suitable network client. Open the client, go to subscriptions, remote configuration, or configuration groups, choose the option to add by link, and paste the subscription address copied from the account overview. Some clients update automatically after saving; others require you to tap refresh manually.

When enabled for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration. After confirming it, return to the client, choose a route, and connect. You can then check the system status area to see whether the connection is active. If the client says it cannot recognize the subscription format, return to the panel and copy the complete link again. Do not manually remove or edit any characters.

What you should have next The client has updated the subscription successfully and shows available routes.

Connection Check

Connect to a Route and Confirm It Works

After importing, choose a route suited to your current purpose from the client’s route list and turn on the connection. A client showing “Connected” only confirms that the local connection process completed; verify availability through actual browsing. First open a webpage that normally works for you to confirm that basic connectivity is intact. Then open the international website, streaming service, or AI tool you need and check whether it loads and lets you sign in.

If basic webpages work but a particular service does not, do not immediately remove the client or purchase another plan. Switch to another route in the same region and reload the target page. Different services may have different requirements for exit regions and connection states, so changing routes is usually more direct than reinstalling repeatedly. For streaming, choose a route matching the content region. For tools that require persistent sign-ins, avoid switching between regions repeatedly in a short period.

If no webpages open, disconnect first and confirm that your local network works, then reopen the client and update the subscription. Next check that a route is selected, connection permissions are complete, the system time is correct, and the client still shows a valid configuration. If the issue occurs on only one device, compare its subscription update time and route selection with another device to determine whether the cause is more likely the device settings or the route.

Once verification is complete, everyday use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, and connecting. Check plan data and validity in the user panel. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data plans remain available until used and never expire. VPN71 supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but keep the subscription link only on devices you manage.

If the issue remains after changing routes, updating the subscription, and restarting the client, there is no need to keep trying more settings on the quick-start page. Open the troubleshooting guide and continue based on symptoms such as being unable to connect, connecting without opening webpages, slow speeds, frequent disconnects, or failed subscription updates. When submitting a ticket, include the platform, client, route name, approximate sequence of events, and error message to reduce back-and-forth.
